工作原理：
葉輪安裝在泵殼內并固定在泵軸上，泵軸由電機直接驅動。在泵殼的中心有一個吸液管。液體通過底部和吸入管線進入泵。泵殼上的液體排出口連接到排出管。
在泵啟動之前，泵殼中充滿了待輸送的液體;在啟動之后，葉輪由軸驅動以高速旋轉，葉片之間的液體也必須旋轉。在離心力的作用下，液體從葉輪中心向外緣拋出，獲得能量，使葉輪外緣高速進入蝸殼。在蝸殼中，液體由于流動路徑的逐漸膨脹而減速，并且部分動能被轉換成靜壓能量，后以相對高的壓力流入排出管并被送到其中的位置。需要。當液體從葉輪的中心流到外邊緣時，在葉輪的中心形成一定的真空。由于高于罐液位的壓力大于泵入口處的壓力，液體被連續地壓入葉輪。可以看出，只要葉輪連續旋轉，液體就被連續地吸入和排出。
